We will send you a temporary password to enter your e-mail box at
http://www.pclibya.com:1001
When you enter your web mail box go to options and change it to the password you prefer.
This mail box is not only a web interface but also a POP3 mailbox which you can access using your Microsoft* Outlook Express* Mail Program.
To set-up Microsoft Outlook Express follow the following instructions:
[1] Click "Tools"  at the top of Outlook Express
[2] Click "Accounts"
[3] Click "Mail"
[4] Click "Add" Mail
[5] Type "PCLibya Mailbox" in the display name
[6] Click "next"
[7] enter yourusername@pclibya.com in the e-mail address box
[8] click "next"
[9] enter the following:
      my incoming mail server is a POP3  server
      incoming mail server :   www.pclibya.com
      outgoing mail server :    www.pclibya.com
[10] Click "next"
[11] Enter yourusername@pclibya.com
[12] Enter the password we have sent you
[13] Click "next"
[14] Click "Finish"
